Every home in Del Webb Catalina has its own layout, and its own outdoor living space worth protecting. This homeowner needed a solution that could stand up to Florida's storm season while keeping their outdoor space livable, clean, and comfortable year-round.
With construction ongoing throughout the community, dust and debris were a constant threat to this homeowner's outdoor living space. On top of that, they needed real hurricane protection, not a temporary fix.
Our team installed four MagnaTrack hurricane screens, sized and finished to match this home exactly:
MagnaTrack hurricane screens are the world's only self-correcting motorized screens. This means you'll eliminate 98% of the costly service calls that come with inferior zipper-style screens, and you won't need to worry about replacing screens that tear or jam.
Once lowered, your MagnaTrack screens create a sealed barrier against wind-driven debris, dust, and storm damage. Your outdoor space stays protected, and usable, no matter what's happening outside.
If you live in Del Webb Catalina or anywhere along Florida's west coast, your outdoor space can have the same storm-ready protection. Our team will walk your property, understand your needs, and recommend the right screen solution for your home. Reach out today, call 800.483.5404 or click through to our contact page. What how fast we respond! (Note weekend emails are responded to on the next business day)
