Why Sarasota Homeowners Trust Us

Real hurricane protection

Our motorized and fixed screens are built to guard your patio and everything inside it against wind, debris, and storm damage. You get the peace of mind of knowing your outdoor space is protected, even when severe weather rolls in.

A cooler, more comfortable outdoor space

Block harsh sun and heat without losing your view. Our screens let you use your patio year-round, not just during the mild months.

Solutions that fit your home and your budget

Every opening is different, and your screens should match. We offer motorized screens for larger openings that need push-button convenience, and fixed screens for smaller areas where a simpler solution gets the job done just as well, at a lower cost.

Custom colors, built to match your home

Choose from a range of track and screen colors so your new screens blend seamlessly with your home's existing look, inside and out.

A Recent Project: Sarasota National, Venice, FL

A homeowner in the Sarasota National community came to us with two goals: protect their patio from hurricanes and create an outdoor space they could actually enjoy every day.
Here's what we installed:

• One 89" x 110" motorized hurricane screen, for effortless push-button coverage
• One 128" x 110" motorized hurricane screen, sized to guard a larger opening
• One 32" x 98" fixed screen, for a smaller opening
Every screen was finished in bronze tracks with black and tan screen material, chosen to match the home's exterior.
For the smaller opening, we recommended a fixed screen instead of a motorized one. It delivers the same screened-in comfort and hurricane protection, at a significantly lower cost. This is one of the ways we help you get full protection for your home without paying for more than you need.
The result: a patio that's protected from Florida's storms and comfortable enough to enjoy every single day.

Frequently Asked Questions

What's the difference between a motorized and a fixed screen?

Motorized screens raise and lower at the push of a button, and work well for larger openings you use often. Fixed screens stay in place and cost less, making them a smart choice for smaller openings where you don't need to adjust the screen regularly.

Will hurricane screens really protect my patio?

Yes. Our hurricane screens are built to guard against high winds and flying debris, helping protect your furniture, fixtures, and the structure of your patio during a storm.

Can I choose colors that match my home?

Absolutely. We offer a range of track and screen colors, like the bronze tracks and black/tan screens used in our recent Sarasota National project, so your screens complement your home rather than standing out for the wrong reasons.
